Healthy Turkey Meatloaf Muffins

We all battle with wanting to eat lean and healthy, but don’t want to end up with boring or bland foods. We also don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen cooking healthy meals.
Sometimes we need a recipe we can just throw together and have a little healthy something.
Is that too much to ask we ask? No, we think not!

Stay lean by making these delicious turkey meatloaf muffins
- 1 lb. 94% lean ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 2 tablespoons celery chopped thin
- 1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together using your hands.

Don't over mix.

Spoon turkey into a 1/2 cup measuring cup and pop this out into your hand.

Roll into a ball using the palms of your hands and place in a muffin tin or muffin pan.

Top lightly with organic ketchup.

Bake for 30 minutes.
