Some people thinks it tastes just like an Italian Sub sandwich that Pittsburgh is so famous for. No matter what we call it, this salad is delicious for any picnic or even a side dish for dinner.
Summer just seems to bring out the best in most people and it also brings out the best foods. This salad can also do double-duty for a quick lunch because leftovers are extra delicious with pasta salads.
Whenever we take this salad to a party or picnic, there are never any leftovers. Spaghetti, no matter what you mix it with, is always a hit at a any picnic.

Your Picnic will Love you when you take this Ham and Cheese Pasta Salad!
- 1/2 lb. box of this spaghetti
- 3 slices of deli baked ham, sliced thick
- 3 slices of provolone cheese, sliced thick
- 1/4 lb. pepperoni, chopped
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1 small can black olives, sliced
- salt & pepper
- 1 cup mild Italian dressing
- 1/2 tablespoon Salad Supreme
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Run cold water over pasta to keep it from sticking and drain well again.

Cut the ham and cheese into small pieces or small cubes.

Cut the pepperoni into small pieces

Put the pasta in a large serving bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.

Stir in salad dressing and lightly salt and pepper.

Add an additional small amount of Italian dressing before serving and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
If you are making this salad in the summer, pick up some fresh cherry tomatoes at your local vegetable stand or farmers market. Having the freshest tomatoes makes a big delicious difference in taste for this yummy salad.
