Garlic and Honey Pork Chops Recipe for an Easy Dinner

- 4-6 Boneless Center-Cut Pork Chops
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

Melt butter with olive oil over medium heat and brown pork chops on both sides, about 2 minutes per side.

Remove pork chops to a plate and add the garlic to the pan. Cook garlic for about 2 minutes, careful not to burn.

Add sauce to the pan and stir to combine with the garlic.

Add pork chops back to the pan and cover with sauce by flipping the pork chops a few times. Cook an additional 2 minutes per side - or until cooked through.
If you want to repurpose these pork chops for another meal, make at least two extra chops.
Lightly season pork chops with salt and pepper before cooking.
