Beef Stew makes A Perfect Dinner - Healthy and Delicious!
- 1 1/4 lb. Stew Meat
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons Fajita mix
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 14.5 oz. can beef broth
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
In a medium oven-proof skillet (with lid), brown stew meat and white onions in oil.
Add the garlic the last 30 seconds.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Fajita mix on meat and stir to combine while browning.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of flour and stir again to combine.
Add broth and tomato sauce and stir to combine.
Stir in rest of Fajita mix and stir.
Bake in the oven for about 2 hours. Stirring once during cooking.
