You will fall in love with these easy salmon patties for a couple of reasons! They are quick and delicious and so simple to prepare. Dijon mustard is a perfect combination with the salmon – add a little extra if you love mustard!
Crispy on the outside and soft and savory on the inside. Yum! We also add just a little Parmesan cheese at times to the mix. About 1 tablespoon of shredded Parmesan cheese is all you need.
What Ingredients are Needed for Salmon Patties:
- Can of Salmon
- Regular Breadcrumbs
- Eggs
- Dijon Mustard
- Onion Powder
- Butter
- Oil
How to Easily Make Canned Salmon Patties:
Step 1. Drain all the liquid from the canned salmon. Remove any of the skin of bones from the salmon.
Step 2. Mix together the salmon, breadcrumbs, mustard, eggs, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Step 3. Form salmon into 4 large patties using your hands.
Step 4. Melt butter in a large skillet.
Step 5. Brown salmon patties on both sides, about 4 minutes per side.
