Try these Easy Salmon Patties Using Canned Salmon for an Easy Dinner

Salmon is a healthy and low fat fish that we love to serve often. You will never run out of ways to serve your family salmon when you learn how to make these easy salmon patties using canned salmon.

Canned salmon is nice to have on your shelf for those times when you have no idea what to make for dinner and very little time. (And that seems to happen a lot!)

You will fall in love with these easy salmon patties for a couple of reasons! They are quick and delicious and so simple to prepare. Dijon mustard is a perfect combination with the salmon – add a little extra if you love mustard!

Crispy on the outside and soft and savory on the inside. Yum!  We also add just a little Parmesan cheese at times to the mix.  About 1 tablespoon of shredded Parmesan cheese is all you need.

Let the salmon patties fry until you have a nice crispy coating on the outside. Always let the oil heat up before dropping the patties in the pan.

Serve with lemon wedges and a fresh homemade dill sauce.
