- 1 8 oz. package sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons organic butter
- 3 cloves garlic diced fine
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 3 green onions cleaned and sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley cleaned and chopped fine.
- 1/2 cup organic half & half
In a medium skillet, saute mushrooms and garlic in the coconut oil and butter for about 5 minutes.
Salt & pepper the mushrooms while cooking and sprinkle with thyme.
Add the green onion and parsley and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the cream and cook until hot.
