Ingredients Needed for Christmas Wreath:
- Cheddar Cheese Cubes
- Swiss Cheese Cubes
- Fresh Mozzarella Mini Balls
- Fresh Rosemary
- Pepperoni
- Green Olives
- Black Olives
- Crackers
- Baguette
Equipment Needed: A pretty round wooden cheese board.
Step 1. Using a shot glass, create 2 pepperoni roses by folding a pepperoni onto the shot glass and then overlapping the previous pepperoni with a new one. Repeat with another 4-6 slices until you cannot fit anymore inside your glass. Then flip the glass over and remove the rose from the glass.
Step 2. Create a rounded Christmas wreath design using the cheeses, roses, olives & crackers.
Step 3. Use the rosemary to garnish the wreath.
Step 4. Serve with crackers and a baguette.

Chocolate covered nuts are our favorite addition along with candied or spicy nut mixes. Pistachios make a great choice.
Dips:
Fancy mustards, ranch dressing, honey, jelly or jam. Mix together olive oil and Balsamic vinegar for a tasty dip for bread. Garlicy hummus is a great choice. Cream cheese based dips are a yummy choice.
Pretty Garnishes:
Fresh Rosemary, basil or Thyme. Different types of lettuce.
