Easy Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti with Velveeta Cheese

You said you wanted easy and we heard you! You can’t get much easier than this yummy cheesy chicken spaghetti with Velveeta cheese combined with cream of chicken soup for a creamy sauce.
Most of the items in this cheesy chicken recipe are ingredients you can keep in your pantry. You can also buy cans of chunk chicken in bulk to save even more money. When you start cooking and serving this awesome chicken spaghetti, you will notice everyone showing up at the dinner table quicker!
What Ingredients Do You Need for Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti?
- Spaghetti – we use thin spaghetti, or you could also use Vermicelli pasta
- Cream of Chicken Soup -we always use Campbells
- Milk – we use whole mile
- Green Peas
- Cheese – Cheddar and Velveeta

Your Family will Love this Easy Chicken Spaghetti
- 10 oz. thin spaghetti
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cook spaghetti according to package directions, add peas during the last few minutes of cooking. Drain and leave in colander.

Spoon soup into the same pot that you used to to cook the spaghetti. Stir in the milk and the Velveeta cheese. When mixture is hot, add the cooked pasta back to the pan. Gently mix through. Stir in the chunk chicken.

Pour mixture into greased 9 x 13 casserole dish and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
Cook the pasta according to package directions adding the frozen peas during the last few minutes of cooking. Not a fan of green peas? Just leave them out!
Drain the pasta well before adding to the cheese sauce.
Cans of chunk chicken are easy to store and will last for years on the shelf. This is a great option when you need a quick “pantry” dinner because almost everything is ready to go from your pantry.
Don’t have any Velveeta cheese on hand? Just add about 1/2 cup shredded cheese to the soup mixture.
Sprinkle cheese on top of the cheesy spaghetti and it’s ready to pop in the oven for 20-25 minutes. This dinner is so easy and so super-delicious!
