DAY 5’S Grilled London Broil was this week’s top choice. The taste is delicious, and all you have to do is remember to marinate in advance. Grill to your preferred doneness, and slice it thin! This is a meal we often serve guests, because everyone seems to like it.

These will definitely become your new favorite potatoes. Take a break from peeling potatoes and enjoy the Garlic Red Skinned Mashed Potatoes that are served up for Day 5.

This Week’s Recipes –

DAY 2’s fried noodles are a nice change of pace to accompany the Barbequed Ribs! This meal can also be made with pork ribs, if preferred. Choose the ribs of your choice.

DAY 4’s Honey-Fried Orange Roughy recipe can be made with any other firm fish, if your family has a special preference. (If you’re like us, just getting kids to eat fish can be an accomplishment!) We have made it with both orange roughy and flounder, and thought both turned out a delicious meal.

Who said pumpkin is only for the Thanksgiving season? Enjoy this week’s delicious Pumpkin Torte!

Cooking and baking with herbs is a healthy and delicious way to add flavor without a lot of fat or calories. Why not grow your own fresh herbs! It’s so easy to grow a few pots of herbs right in your kitchen. Start with something super-simple like rosemary!
