Whole chicken breasts are economical and will save tons on the family budget. Eat this yummy chicken straight from the crockpot or shred to make your favorite recipes. Don't settle for plain chicken, perk up that chicken with a few shakes of Ranch Seasoning.

Remove skins from the chicken breast (if you purchased with bone and skin) and rub the oil into the tops of the chicken pieces.

Add about 3 tablespoons of water to the crockpot.
Cook on low about 4-5 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
We love making this moist & delicious crockpot chicken because it’s low in fat and calories and won’t sabotage your weight loss efforts. If you need a quick meal or snack, heat up some chicken and serve on top of your favorite bed of green, or wrap in a flour tortilla with cheese & vegetables.
We always cook the chicken on low setting as not to steam the chicken, but gently cook until it’s moist and tender and ready to serve or shred!
We also use this crockpot recipe instead of purchasing a grocery store rotisserie chicken. Rotisseire chickens can be a little on the cheap side but many of them contain very little meat. When you cook your own chicken breasts, you will get more meat for the money.
Healthy salads contain a serving of protein along with greens, fruits and vegetables. This Crockpot Ranch Chicken has been shredded and goes perfectly on top of your salad!
Slow Cooker Chicken Tip: No peeking – do not take off the lid during cooking time.
