Crockpot Barbecue Chicken
Here is Another Cheap and Easy Recipe that cooks up SCRUMPTIOUS Barbecue Chicken right in Your Crockpot.
This is one of our favorite recipes that changes the question of “what’s for dinner.” Now you can make dinner with little or no time for cooking!
Just add a small amount of olive oil to your crockpot, add the boneless chicken breast, and pour in your favorite barbecue sauce! It’s THAT EASY!
Crockpot Barbecue Chicken that can be eaten as a meal or shredded into a pulled chicken sandwich.

Easy and Inexpensive way to serve this delicious Barbecued Chicken Breasts.
- 1-1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
- salt & pepper
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1-1/4 cups Barbecue Sauce, divided

Pour olive oil onto the bottom of your crockpot.

Lightly salt both sides of the the chicken breasts and they lay them in the crockpot. Flip the chicken to make sure both sides are lightly coated with oil.

Pour 1 cup of Barbecue sauce over top of chicken and spread over as much chicken as possible using the back of a spoon.

Cook on low for 4 hours.

Remove chicken from the crockpot and shred with two forks. Put shredded chicken back into the crockpot and stir in the additional 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce. Cook for about 10 minutes.
Eat this delicious Crockpot Barbecue Chicken shredded on slider buns or just serve right out of the crockpot with an easy rice & broccoli side dish.
