- Maple syrup
- Dijon mustard
- Stone ground mustard
- Olive oil
- Garlic

Step 1. Prep chicken by squeezing the juice of the lime on both sides of the chicken followed by lightly salt & peppering.
Step 2. Using a large skillet with a lid, brown chicken in oil on both sides.
Step 3. Add garlic to the pan and continue to cook for about a minute.
Step 4. Mix together maple syrup, both mustards, and a few shakes of salt.
Step 5. Pour mixture over chicken and bring to a very light boil.
Step 6. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Flip once while cooking.

Step 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk together the maple syrup and both mustards. Add a few shakes of salt.
Step 2. Lay the pieces skin-side up in a casserole dish.
Step 3. Squeeze lime juice over chicken and then lightly salt and pepper.
Step 4. Spoon the syrup mustard sauce over the chicken.
