Church Basement Biscuits – These biscuits all started at a yearly church function to raise money for the church and community. Although the ladies that made the biscuits each year used whole chickens, we use easier boneless chicken breasts that have been cooked and then shredded. The rest is pretty much the same.
The ladies from the church could debone and shred an entire chicken in no time flat. The church would raise thousands of well-needed dollars from this chicken benefit. That’s A Lota Chickens! Enjoy!
