One of our new favorite chicken recipes is this simple Bisquick Fried Chicken! A moist and tender chicken dish that turns out perfectly delicious every time. We love it when a few simple ingredients that you have in your pantry, not only make dinner easy, but will get everyone running to the dinner table on time!

Moist and Delicious Bisquick Fried Chicken - Perfect Meal for A Quick Family Dinner.
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts (THIN BREASTS)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1.4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Melt butter in a 9 x 13 baking dish by placing the dish in the oven for a few minutes while the oven is preheating.
Whisk the egg in a medium bowl and add a few shakes of salt & pepper.
Mix together the Bisquick coating ingredients and pour on a piece of waxed paper.
Dip the chicken pieces first in egg then in the Bisquick mix. Make sure the chicken is well coated with mix.
Lay chicken pieces in baking dish with the warm melted butter.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, turning chicken after 15 minutes.
Use thinner chicken breasts for moister chicken. Buy thin cuts of chicken or pound the chicken thin using a meat mallet.
It doesn’t take a lot of butter to make this chicken delicious. Chicken is ready to pop in the oven. Make sure the chicken pieces are well coated with the Bisquick mix.
The chicken comes out of the oven golden brown, moist and super-delicious.
Always make sure your chicken is cooked through. Cooking times can vary if you use bigger pieces of chicken.
