Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) Bag of Frozen Green Beans
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced fine
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 3-4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions

Add the olive oil to a medium-sized skillet and heat. Add the beans and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

  1. Lightly salt & pepper beans and then add the chicken broth. Let beans cook in broth for about 3 minutes, stirring often.

  2. Move the beans over to make room for the garlic and ginger. Add them both to the skillet with a small amount of olive oil if necessary.  Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

  3. Stir the garlic and ginger in with the beans and sprinkle with soy sauce and Sesame oil. Stir to combine.
