This low fat pasta recipe is so good that you will find yourself making it often.

Yes!  YOU CAN EAT GREAT TASTING FOOD and still lose weight.

Follow this simple recipe and you will be amazed at how easy it is to follow a new healthy eating routine.

LOW FAT PASTA WITH TURKEY SAUSAGE, TOMATOES & SPINACH

1 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. Turkey Sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 (14.5 oz.) can petite diced tomatoes
1 bunch of fresh spinach, clean & trimmed and chopped.
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon basil
Salt & Pepper

Angel Hair Pasta
Parmesan Cheese

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil, using medium heat. Add turkey sausage slices and saute, stirring often, for about 5 -6 minutes.  Add 2 teaspoons of minced garlic and stir until heated through.  Add diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and basil, stirring  to combine.  Last, add the fresh spinach stirring through the tomato mixture until well coated.  Simmer on medium low for about 6-7 minutes or until spinach is tender.

Serve over Angel Hair Pasta with grated Parmesan Chese

HINT:  Breakfast turkey sausage works well with this dish.

When washing fresh spinach, leave some of the water on the leaves as this will help in steaming the spinach.
