Delicious Turkey and Stuffing Meatballs
Enjoy Thanksgiving Day dinner early and everything rolled into one delicious meatball.
Your whole family will love these delicious turkey and stuffing meatballs because they contain two of our favorite foods! Turkey and Stuffing!

- 1 Pound of Ground Turkey
- 2 Cups bread Stuffing Cubes
- 3/4 Cup Chicken Stock
- 1 Small Onion
- 1 Stock of Celery
- 1 Carrot
- 3 1/2 Tablespoon’s of Fresh Parsley
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cloves of Fresh Garlic
- 3 Tablespoon’s of Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
Place Stuffing Cubes in a food processor and chop the Cubes.
In a large mixing bowl, mix Stuffing with the Chicken Soup Stock.
Place Onion, Celery, Carrot, Garlic and Parsley and Purée in food processor.
Mix with the Stuffing and Soup Stock, add the eggs and Salt and Pepper.
Mix with the Ground Turkey and roll in balls,
Place the meatballs on the cookie sheet and drizzle with the Olive Oil.
Bake for 20-30 minutes.
What To Serve With These Turkey and Stuffing Meatballs –
- Serve this meatball recipe over Mashed Cauliflower or Mashed Potatoes with Gravy!
- For a vegetable I would suggest buttered French-Style Green Beans.
- Don’t forget the fresh dinner rolls.
