One Pot – Easy Chicken Ham & Cheese Noodle Recipe
This is a quick and delicious chicken dish, with a little added ham for tons of flavor, that is very easy to prepare for a family meal.

Add 1 can of chicken broth, 1-3/4 cups milk , 1/2 teaspoon of salt and rotini pasta to the skillet; stir well and bring to a light boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Now add 1 cup of cheddar cheese and mix through. Sprinkle a little more cheese on top and cover until all the cheese has melted.
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts cut into small cubes
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic diced
- 1-1/2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/4 lb. thickly sliced deli ham cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- 1 can of chicken broth
- 1-3/4 cups of milk
- 9 or 10 ozs. rotini pasta
- 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- salt & pepper
Add 1-1/2 tablespoons of canola oil to a large skillet with a lid. Sauté chicken, onions and garlic for about 6 minutes. Lightly salt and pepper chicken.
Add ham and fresh parsley during the last two minutes of cooking.
