Do I get a new menu and shopping list each week for the entire three-month subscription?

Yes, you do! We do not repeat recipes for the entire 3 months.

Can I sign up for another subscription when my 3 months expires without repeating menus?

Yes. We do not repeat the menu or shopping list for an entire year. If you choose to sign up again, it will be at a discount rate.

Sometimes after I have received my link, I can't seem to access the menu. Do I have to be online to view the menu, shopping list, and recipes?

Yes, you need to be online to view the menu, etc. Each time you want to view a recipe you'll need to go online, or print the recipes when you receive the link.

Do you customize menus? My kids don't like fish, and I am trying to cut down on carbs.

No, we do not offer customized menus at this point. We try to appeal to as many people as possible by offering a wide variety of meals each week. If there is a certain meal that isn't going to work for you or your family, then simply leave this meal off your menu for the week, and pick one of the recipes from our 6  kid friendly meals that we offer as a bonus.

I am trying to lose weight. Can DinnerPlanner help me?

At DinnerPlanner, we encourage healthy eating throughout the day, not only at dinnertime. Always eat a nutritious breakfast and lunch, avoid junk foods throughout the day, and only have dessert once a week. At dinner, eat a modest portion. If you eat in moderation, you should be able to eat just about anything without worrying about counting calories or your carb intake.

I am interested in signing up for DinnerPlanner, but there is just my husband and I. Will DinnerPlanner work for just 2 people?

Since our recipes are geared to a family of 4-6 people, simply cut the recipe in half!

I want to order DinnerPlanner as a gift for my daughter. Will you be able to send her the menu if I pay for it?

No problem! Just let us know her e-mail address, and the menus will be sent to her. Let us know the occasion, too, and we'll include a note with the subscription.

Will I save money with my subscription to DinnerPlanner?

YES! Oftentimes, when we grocery shop and don't have meals planned, we impulse buy. We buy items that are easy to prepare and convenient, but consequently expensive. We also buy many items thinking we may use them for a meal at some point, and then often don't use them. Knowing what you are buying and what you are preparing eliminates this impulse buying, and hopefully saves money.

If I sign up on a Tuesday, do I have to wait until Friday to receive my first menu, recipes, and shopping list?

Absolutely not! As soon as we receive word of your subscription, we will send you the DinnerPlanner link!

If I pay by personal check, do I have to wait until my check clears to receive DinnerPlanner?

No- just let us know when you have sent your check, and we will be happy to send you your link. No waiting!
