These turkey patties are our favorite meal of the week because they are so easy when you have totally run out of ideas for dinner. Just grab a package of preformed turkey patties and your favorite fresh vegetables. The different combination of vegetables are delicious and endless. What’s really nice is the leftovers are just as delicious the next day.

Why We Love This Recipe – This recipe is easy and very healthy because you control the fat and salt. Add fresh herbs, tons of vegetables and even a little lemon!
Turkey Patti Tips – When cooking turkey patties, add a little broth to the pan, bring to a light simmer and cover skillet with a lid. Let cook for about 5 minutes and patties will be cooked through without a lot of fat.
Side Dishes – Herb Roasted Red-Skinned Potatoes and a side of roasted fresh asparagus.
Herb Roasted Red-Skinned Potatoes
2 pounds red-skinned potatoes (cut in 2-inch pieces)
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dill
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon parsley
Preheat your oven to 400 F.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss to coat. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray and pour potatoes on the sheet.
Arrange potatoes so that they are on a single layer.
Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes, turning every 15 minutes, until potatoes are fork tender.
