Try this easy broccoli slaw recipe for a healthy side dish or a topping for your pulled pork & chicken sandwiches.
- 1 (12 oz.) bag organic broccoli slaw
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup avocado oil mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons whole celery seed
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Add broccoli slaw, celery seeds and parsley to a large glass bowl ; stir to combine. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.
In a small bowl mix together the avocado oil mayonnaise, cider vinegar, and sugar. Add a few shakes of salt.
Mix dressing in with the broccoli slaw and stir to combine. Let sit over night in the refrigerator if possible.
