1-1/4 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
1/2 Tbsp. canola oil
1 Tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. salt, divided.
2 tsp. minced garlic  (jarred)
3-4 tsp. Cajun seasoning
3 cups bowtie pasta (dry)
1 bunch broccoli, using crowns only
8 oz. heavy cream
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese.

Using a sharp knife, cut chicken breasts into cubes.  In a large skillet, melt oil with butter and sauté chicken over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes or until cooked through.  Sprinkle chicken with 1 tsp. Cajun Seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt while cooking.   Sprinkle chicken with minced garlic and stir through chicken for about 30 seconds.  Add heavy cream,  2-3 tsp. Cajun seasoning, parmesan cheese, and 1/2 tsp. salt to the skillet; stir again and simmer uncovered for 4-5 minutes. Mix 1 tsp. flour with 1 tsp. milk; stir into the sauce to thicken.

Cook pasta according to package directions.  After pasta had been cooking a few minutes add broccoli florets in with the pasta; return to a boil and cook until pasta is tender.  Drain well.  Add pasta and broccoli to the cajun sauce and stir to combine.
